• Understand components of policies and regulations for patient confidentiality, privacy, and security.
• Understand the guiding principles of patient confidentiality and why they are important.
• Understand your role in protecting patient-specific data.
• Meet annual HHSP Security and Confidentiality requirements

• 1.1 – HHSP S&C Training
• 2.1 – HHSP S&C Assessment
• 2.2 – HHSP S&C Agreement (Need to be signed, downloaded, and sent by email.)
• 3.1 – HHSP Security and Confidentiality Guidelines Document
